How to Run a 6 Min Mile at 31 yo

This morning I ran a 6 minute and 11 second mile. I know I can run a lot faster time if I was on a regular track and field.

This is what I do to take care of my longevity and stamina.

Every night I aim for 7/8 hours of sleep. So I go to bed earlier like 10 pm or 11.

I run a lot. Almost every day, I run several miles or many more. Some days I jog/walk around 15 miles so my stamina is strong.

I take a huge supplement stack. Currently I’m taking Organic Greens, Reds, Cell Salts, Bee Natural Vitamins, Flaxseed Oils, & a Gut Gleanse product.

I Credit all of these with improving my stamina and keeping my body healthy. My immune system is strong and I never get sick.
