If you're like me you love Bitcoin. And if you love Bitcoin, you plan to live for a longgg time.


So your health and longevity must be talked about. Here are some tips for improving your health right now.

  1. Alkalize your body with alkaline foods
  2. Hydrate
  3. Adequate Sleep and rest
  4. Exercise at least 30 min per day. Aim for 10k steps
  5. Stretcch
  6. Create a Sauna weekly workout routine

I used to sit in the dry sauna all the time. LifeTime is a great example of a gym that has all the features to take care of your health. They also have a pretty healthy cafe. So it was really easy to go workout and sit in the sauna and then recover with a delicious protein shake in the cafe.

Also recovery is super important. I'm a long distance runner so I stretch as much as possible. Stretching has a lot of health benefits as well like making sure you don't get injured.

Recently I got my mile time down to 6 minutes and 15 seconds. Not bad for a 31 year old.
