Accumulating STRC

​$STRC is the perpetual preferred stock issued by company Strategy. 

They pay 11.5% Tax deferred Return of Capital dividends. 

$10,000 into STRC pays an annual dividend income of $1,150. Which is $96 per month. 10 years tax deferred. Price maintains $100 most of the time. 

Basically a high yield interest savings account.
