For the last three nights I've noticed extra removal when going to the bathroom.
The supplement is definitely working and I feel lighter in my gut. I'm taking one to two per day and 3 to 6 right before bed. Instructions are on the bottle. I'm also using the organic Earth Greens and the Omega Oils by Essante Organics. Two additional products excellent for gut health and fat removal.
